Your personal details are treated as strictly confidential and records of your payment details are deleted and securely disposed of after debiting your payment.
At The Mare and Foal Sanctuary, our customers’ security is very important which is why we use a secure third party to handle payment details. No credit or debit card details are collected or stored by us.

a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
b) If, after we have dispatched the products, you cancel your order you must return the products, unopened and in their complete packaging in good condition, to our office address (see contact us). The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will be refunded only when the items have been received by us. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service. Any refund will be the value of your order excluding the post and packaging costs.
c) You cannot cancel your order once you have opened sealed packaging or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected
Price and Payment
a) The product price is the price quoted on the Web Site at the time your order is accepted. The price will include any applicable value added tax (VAT), and includes the cost of delivery to a UK mainland address of your choosing unless made clear otherwise.
c) Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time we accept your order. (The payment method we accept are as listed in the Web Site). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your Paypal account/credit or debit card.
d) Although every care is taken over the accuracy of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and products may be priced incorrectly. Should this occur we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Promotional product offers are usually available for a limited period and while stocks last. Should we receive your order after the offer period has expired and the goods are no longer available under that particular offer we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. Refunds for products purchased as a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Credit Card Payments will be authorised and charged during the check-out procedure. If, for any reason, we discover any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply, the cost of your order will be adjusted accordingly and we will refund any unavailable items within seven days of taking the payment. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your Paypal account/credit or debit card.
Products may be ordered from this website by submitting a completed order form through the checkout procedure. A confirmation of your order will be sent by email to the address you have provided. The sending of this email (whether or not it is received) constitutes a contract between us. By placing an order you agree to accept our terms and conditions. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 – 2 working days if goods are in stock, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from The Mare and Foal Sanctuary you must return the item(s) to us, informing us in writing of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product.
If necessary, The Mare and Foal Sanctuary will contact the manufacturers on your behalf and investigate your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will keep you up to date and informed of our progress.
If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery it will be replaced by us, but we may request that the damaged items be returned to us before issuing the replacement. You must inform us on 01626 355969 within 14 days of receiving your order if any of the items are damaged. You may also be asked to complete a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.
